Urban Classic delivers premium furniture across Melbourne, regional Victoria, and interstate.

Delivery costs (at checkout)

  • Local delivery (Victoria): $79.99
  • Interstate delivery: $199.99

These are the standard rates at checkout. Oversized pieces, restricted access, or a request for premium door-to-door service may be quoted separately — call (03) 9370 5115 before you order if you are unsure.

Where we deliver

  • Victoria (local) — $79.99 at checkout. Our local delivery team covers Melbourne metro; regional Victoria uses the same local rate unless access requires a separate quote.
  • Interstate — $199.99 at checkout (ACT, NSW, QLD, SA, WA, TAS, NT). Prefer a premium door-to-door service? Call (03) 9370 5115 for a quote.

What can change a quote

  • Number and size of items
  • Access (stairs, lift booking, narrow doorways, no ground-floor access)
  • Someone not home, or a delivery that has to be reattempted

If delivery cannot be completed because of access or no-one home, additional freight and restocking fees can apply.

Delivery times

  • In-stock items: Typically 2–4 weeks from order confirmation
  • Custom orders (most Moran, Kuatro and other custom pieces): Typically 8–14 weeks — we confirm an ETA when you order
  • Floor stock clearance: Often available for same-week delivery

What's included

  • Two-person delivery team
  • Delivery to the room of your choice (ground floor or with lift access)
  • Unpacking and removal of packaging
  • Assembly if required

Before delivery

Measure doorways, corners and lifts. We can help with measuring advice before you order. Returns because an item does not fit are at the customer's cost.

You agree that you have checked product size against lift/stairs, booked any required lift or loading dock, and that someone can receive the goods.

Pickup from the showroom

Smaller items can be collected from our Airport West showroom during opening hours. Let us know in advance. We will email you when the order is ready to collect.
