Urban Classic delivers premium furniture across Melbourne, regional Victoria, and (by arrangement) interstate.

Where we deliver

• Melbourne metro — our local delivery team handles this personally
• Regional Victoria — quoted per location and order size
• Interstate — by arrangement, please contact us for a quote

Delivery costs

Furniture delivery is calculated based on:

• Your location
• The number and size of items
• Access requirements (stairs, lift, narrow doorways, etc.)

We'll provide a delivery quote at checkout or by phone before you commit to your order. No surprises.

Delivery times

• In-stock items: Typically 2–4 weeks from order confirmation
• Custom orders (most Moran, Kuatro and other custom pieces): Typically 8–14 weeks from order — we'll give you an indicative ETA at the time of ordering
• Floor stock clearance: Often available for same-week delivery

We'll always confirm the lead time before you place a custom order.

What's included in delivery

Our standard delivery service includes:

• Two-person delivery team
• Delivery to the room of your choice (ground floor or with lift access)
• Unpacking and removal of packaging
• Assembly if required

Things to check before delivery

Please measure carefully — make sure your sofa or table will fit through doorways, around corners, and in lifts. We're happy to help with measuring advice before you order. Returns for "it doesn't fit" are at the customer's cost.

Pickup from the showroom

You're welcome to pick up smaller items directly from our Airport West showroom during opening hours. Just let us know in advance so we can have your order ready.
