These terms apply to your use of the Urban Classic website (urbanclassic.com.au) and any purchase you make through us, in store or online.

By using our website or buying from us, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or place an order.

About us

Urban Classic & Contemporary Furniture is a Melbourne-based furniture retailer operating from 63-65 Matthews Avenue, Airport West VIC 3042.

Orders

• An order isn't binding until we accept it and you receive an order confirmation.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders — for example, if an item is mispriced, out of stock, or we suspect fraud.
• For custom-ordered furniture, full payment or a substantial deposit is typically required before production begins. We'll confirm the deposit amount at the time of order.

Pricing

• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• If a pricing error occurs, we'll contact you to confirm or cancel the order — you won't be charged the wrong price.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and bank transfer. In-store we also accept Afterpay and Zip.

Custom orders

Custom-ordered furniture (most of our Moran, Kuatro Living and similar items) is made to order. Once production begins, custom orders cannot be cancelled or changed. Please confirm sizes, fabrics and configurations carefully before placing your order.

Warranty

All furniture comes with the manufacturer's warranty, which we'll honour on your behalf. Plus, your rights under Australian Consumer Law always apply — nothing in these terms reduces those rights.

Intellectual property

All content on this site (text, photos, designs) is owned by Urban Classic or used with permission. Please don't copy or reuse it without asking.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Urban Classic isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the item in question. Nothing in these terms excludes the rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be handled in Victorian courts.
